What does lead routing do in WiseFunnel?

What do you need before you build?

Open your quiz funnel builder and identify the question that should trigger routing. Common criteria for agency owners:

  • Location: zip code or state, so leads go to buyers who serve that area
  • Budget: numeric input or multi-choice range; disqualify leads below your buyer's minimum
  • Service type: home services verticals like roofing, solar, and HVAC need separate buyers
  • Timeline: "When are you looking to buy?" routes urgent leads to premium buyers who pay more per lead

Add a Conditional Logic step after each routing question and set the "if answer equals X, then go to step Y" branch. The disqualification path should end at a dead-end screen, not a live submission.

How do you set up a workspace per buyer?

How do you configure lead notification rules?

Inside each workspace, go to Lead Notifications and choose between manual and automatic delivery. Manual notifications hold leads in a review queue so you approve each one before it reaches the buyer. Use this when you are vetting lead quality in a new vertical.

Automatic notifications fire immediately on submission, reaching the buyer's CRM or email within seconds. Set up:

  • Email delivery to the buyer's inbox (plain text, no branded wrapper)
  • Webhook POST to their GoHighLevel or other CRM endpoint
  • Optional Twilio SMS verification to confirm the lead's phone number before delivery

For webhooks, WiseFunnel sends a JSON payload with all quiz fields. Map field names to your buyer's CRM variables once, and every future lead routes in the same format.

How does Profit Room handle multiple buyers?

If you have two or more buyers in the same vertical, Profit Room handles distribution without manual work. It is a Scale plan feature. Inside Profit Room you set:

How do you test before going live?

What are the most common routing mistakes?
